Over the weekend I watched a movie called Best of Enemies. It stars Taraji P. Henson as a citizen trying to get civil rights for black people and Sam Rockwell as the leader of the local KKK. It’s the true story of events that happened in Durham, NC in 1971. I did some fact-checking after watching it and the movie is factually accurate. Sam Rockwell is one of my favorite actors, (if you don’t know who he is, he’s the guy who played the crazy evil prisoner in the Green Mile), and Taraji P. Henson is outstanding in everything she does as well. So you get really fine acting and a really good movie. I think it’s one of those movies everyone should watch because it is very educational. I give it 5 thumbs up out of 5 thumbs.
