Charlie Daniels’ Annual Volunteer Jam Postponed to 2021

Charlie Daniels’ annual Volunteer Jam was postponed to 2021 due to COVID-19, and now that Charlie has passed away, the annual concert is being turned into a tribute to the late singer.

“2021 Volunteer Jam: A Musical Salute to Charlie Daniels” is scheduled to take place on February 22nd in Nashville, and will feature already acts like Charley Pride, Alabama, The Gatlin Brothers, Gretchen Wilson, and more.

“I am forever grateful for all of the love and support Charlie Jr. and I have received since Charlie’s passing,” Charlie’s wife Hazel said in a statement. “Charlie would be excited and extremely proud that his Volunteer Jam would continue. I want to express my sincere thanks to the artists paying tribute to Charlie.” Charlie passed away on July 6th from a hemorrhagic stroke.
