Without any fanfare or commotion, country music legend Kris Kristofferson has announced his retirement, according to a press release from PR director Tamara Saviano. The songwriter and member of The Highwaymen performed regularly through and including 2019, and played his final performance last January 2020 on the Outlaw Country Cruise. Kris earned the CMA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019 and has won 3 Grammy Awards. He acted in 70 films throughout his career.
