Reba McEnitire teamed with Lifetime to give a single mom in Nashville quite a Christmas surprise.
Through their “Gift of Lifetime” program, the network teamed with Regions bank and its non-profit community partners to surprise Terrié Moore, who worked hard to overcome addiction and sexual abuse, with a fully furnished home that she and her children will be able to live in for free for two years.
After going through her struggles Terrié was introduced to Thistle Farms, which housed her and helped her overcome her addictions, and now she works with them to “help women like me.”
Lifetime shared video of Reba surprising Terrié with the apartment, and she was understandably overcome with emotion. “Terrié’s reaction was priceless,” Reba says. “It was just priceless, thanks so much for letting me be a part of it.” Check out video of the surprise to the right.
