Get ready for a night of raw, authentic country vibes with The Dimestore Cowboys bringing the heat live!

Influenced by bands like Drive-By Truckers, Sturgill Simpson, and Dwight Yoakam. Dimestore’s unique style fuses powerful vocals with hard-driving instrumentation, creating a traditional country sound with a not-so-traditional attitude.

Fans praise the band for thei soulful lyrics, centered around the struggles of living in the rural south and the ever-present pain of heartbreak, as well as their dynamic musicianship. The Dimestore Cowboys have performed over 300 shows, released 4 albums, including their latest, Let’s Try This Again, and show no signs of slowing down.

What began as a group of friends playing in dive bars and crooning in local watering holes, then called JB 5n Dime, has transformed over the last fifteen years, mirroring the energy and styles of its members. The Dimestore Cowboys pull no punches when it comes to delivering fine showmanship and quality sound. Currently, the band is led by vocalist/guitarist Anthony Childress, who co-writes their music with Will Cassell and the only remaining founding member, bassist Jason Shaffer. Jason Vapor on keys, Will Cassell on lead guitar, Julia Wilson on fiddle, and Adilene Delgado on drums fill out the country sound with plenty of heavier licks, deep roots, and meaningful solos that add complexity to the already thoughtful lyrics of their music.”… The Dimestore Cowboys out of Johnson City, Tennessee have that blue-collar, local honky tonk feel to them, imbuing the band with the authenticity that results in international appeal for those who know what country music is supposed to sound like, and be about. These are real songs from real folks, a little rough around the edges, but bolstered by brutal honesty, and a mastery of twangand the Outlaw country half beat.” -Saving Country Music/ Trigger.
