Kick off the spooky season with Terry Shaw of Howling Hills Publishing.
He will be at the library to talk about the local ghost stories included in the three anthologies he’s published. The books include 23 Tales: Appalachian Ghost Stories, Legends & Other Mysteries; 24 Tales: More Appalachian Ghost Stories & Mysteries and this year’s 25 Tales: Even More Appalachian Ghost Stories & Mysteries.
