It looks like a perfect marriage of star and platform. Dolly Parton officially joined TikTok on Sunday, posting a video with clips of her throughout the years with the caption “I have arrived!” and the hashtags “#HeyItsDolly” and “#DollyTok.” That video has over three million views so far, but she didn’t stop there; as of last night, Dolly’s already posted 10 clips.
One of the clips shows her tossing a cookie while her new song “Berry Pie” plays. The song is only available through SoundOn, TikTok’s music marketing and distribution platform.
